Information on Cerebral Palsy (CP)

Cerebral Palsy is a physical condition that affects a child born in Australia every 18 hours. It is the most common physical disability in childhood. CP results from damage to the developing brain before, during birth or early in life. There is no pre birth test or known cure.

CPEC is one of the most successful education Centre’s in the world at enabling children with cerebral palsy to become more physically mobile and able to communicate even if they can’t speak. When you fundraise for CPEC you are helping to make the lives of children with CP all around Australia brighter.

You give them a voice and an opportunity to complete their own marathons in life
