Speech Pathologist

Sara is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and completed her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University. Sara also has a Bachelor of Music (Performance) where she majored in Classical Voice!

Sara’s passion for working with people with complex communication needs developed during her time as a support worker while at university. She feels privileged to work with individuals to develop and maintain their access to communication, to be able to express themselves and their personalities across all environments and throughout the various stages of their lives.

She is a PROMPT trained therapist and has completed training in the administration of the ROCC (Roadmap of Communicative Competence) Assessment Tool. She has also completed her Introduction to PODD training and has participated in the Introductory Intensive Seminar on Literacy in AAC.

Sara’s bubbly personality means sessions are always engaging and lively! In her spare time, Sara loves exploring Melbourne in search of new cafes and restaurants. She also enjoys watching foreign films and harmonising!
