Group Programs
Group programs are available across the age range of CPEC clients from very young children through to adults. The group programs are tailored to meet the movement, communication and specific age relevant needs of the participants. Groups are run by physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech pathologists who devise fun and engaging ways to deliver specialist therapy and learning opportunities to every client.
Some children and their parents attend weekly early intervention group programs together. Each child is allocated to the group that will ensure a best fit for their needs. Group programs are not only essential opportunities for children to develop movement and communication skills, but also social skills, handwriting and sports groups.
There are group services for school students that run after school hours at CPEC. There are also groups for adults. These groups are an opportunity for clients to further develop their fitness, wellbeing, communication, community access skills and life skills.
