Michele has 35 years of experience in Human Resources Management mainly in the automotive manufacturing and high tech (Broadcast) industries.

She is qualified as a CELTA Certified teacher of English as a Second Language, has a Graduate Certificate in Training and Evaluation (Vocation Education), is a qualified Internal Auditor, and holds Certificate IV in Training and Evaluation. Michele has a passion working with and supporting children with a disability.
